Nominations for club officers, the Executive Board, will be May 13th at the General Membership meeting. The officers to be elected are President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Secretary for one year terms. In addition there are two Member at Large two year open positions.

Nominations will be taken from the floor at the May General Membership meeting.

• Any member in good standing, who has paid dues and attended five (5) meetings in the past 12 months is eligible to run for office.
• Any member in good standing who has paid dues and attended three (3) meetings in the past 12 months is eligible to nominate and vote for candidates for the above offices.
• Nominating members must show their current membership card and will have two minutes to nominate their candidate. Nominated members must show their current membership card and will have one minute to accept their nomination.

The election will be held June 10th at the General Membership meeting. Members in good standing must show a current membership card to receive a ballot. Absentee ballots will be available and issued when requested in writing from members in good standing. Write in ballots will be accepted. Write in candidates must also be members in good standing, having paid dues and attended five (5) meetings from July 2023-May 2024.

The votes will be counted and verified on June 10th at the General Membership meeting. Good luck to all seeking these important positions.
